Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms govern your use of Pinkiri, published by Julien Montagne as an individual. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two differ, these terms apply between you and the publisher.

What Pinkiri is

A party game for one iPhone passed around a table. One category of themes is free; the others are unlocked with an in-app purchase.

The 18+ category

One category, 18+, holds cheeky themes about dating and nights in. It is meant for adults playing together. It is never dealt unless the players pick it or play all themes at once.

In-app purchases

Purchases are made through your Apple ID. The price of each, in your local currency, is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and payment is taken by Apple when you confirm. A one-time purchase is yours for good and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID, with "Restore" on the purchase screen.

If a purchase is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically for the same length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before that moment. If it comes with a free trial, the trial is offered once per Apple ID and any unused part is forfeited when you buy. Cancelling is done with Apple: in iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pinkiri, then Cancel. Access runs until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are Apple's to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them.

Who owns what

The game, themes, designs, texts, name and look of Pinkiri belong to the publisher or are used under licence. Your purchase is a personal licence to use them in the app, not a transfer of anything. Do not copy or republish them. Themes you write yourself stay yours and stay on your phone.

Using the app reasonably

Do not try to break, reverse engineer or overload the app, or to unlock themes without paying for them.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults, always available, or fit for a purpose you have in mind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and a material change is announced in the app before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by French law, without preventing you from relying on the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
